"People Before Profit", Tri-County All Restorations' philosophy. Just words to some, but this company lives by them. However, there are no words to describe how wonderful the owners and technicians from Tri-County are. Gary Ackel, the owner, came out personally with his assistant estimator, Chris, to look at and assess the multiple problems we had. In a world where many people would charge an exorbitant amount of money, it was unbelievable how honest this gentleman was. His charges were way under the other two quotes we had received and you could tell he truly cared about us and our situation. I also spoke to his wife, Kim, who also manages the office. She was so kind and empathetic to what we were going through. Her cheerfulness and friendly personality was just what I needed when I was emotionally overwhelmed. As for the mold restoration, the technicians that came out, Matt and Francisco, were also friendly and courteous. Gary has come to my rescue four different times now due to water intrusions in my condo, and I truly cannot thank him and his team enough for everything they’ve done. Experiencing flooding or any type of water damage is incredibly stressful and emotional—anyone who has gone through it understands how overwhelming it can be. Every single time an incident occurred, Gary was there the very same day, ready to help and immediately take action. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my home is completely dry, safe, and most importantly mold-free. If you are looking for a trusted mold and water restoration professional, Gary and the Tri County Restoration team are the people you want to call. They always answer their phones, respond quickly to text messages, and most importantly, they get the job done right so your home and family remain safe. Thank you again to Gary and the entire Tri County Restoration team. I truly hope I never experience another water intrusion, but if I ever do, this will be the only company I call.
